CISBOT: Proven Performance

Gas distribution utilities who operate and maintain large diameter cast iron mains face the high costs and disruption associated with replacing the pipe as well as the challenges of maintaining these assets. CISBOT enables gas networks to safely extend the life of bell and spigot (lead/jute) and mechanical joints with no disruption of gas service to customers, reduced environmental impact and lower costs.

Small Site Footprint

CISBOT enters the live, 15″-36″ diameter cast iron main through a very small opening in the street and travels through the pipe to internally seal up to 110 joints.

Proactive Methodology

CISBOT remediates all the joints in the main by injecting an industry-proven anaerobic sealant into the joint. Our process repairs existing leaks and prevents new leaks from forming for 50-years.
